A Note About Pricing for Next Year

We want to let you know in advance that, starting next year, our course and workshop fees will increase by 10%. We understand that any price change can be unwelcome, so we want to be transparent about why this is necessary and what it means for you.

Why have prices increased?

Over the past year, the costs of running our programmes have increased across the board, from staffing and materials to energy and other essentials.

As a small charity, we are committed to keeping our arts provision accessible and inclusive so as many people as possible can engage. We don’t operate to make a profit, but to continue offering high-quality programmes, we need to ensure they are financially sustainable and can cover the costs required to run them.

This price increase allows us to continue providing the courses and workshops our communities enjoy, while responding to rising costs. We truly value your trust and commitment, and we remain dedicated to delivering the best possible creative experiences for you.

What this means for you

Even with this price adjustment, we remain committed to keeping our workshops and courses accessible.

We are pleased to offer an Early Bird discount for our January courses and workshops, which gives 10% off when booked before 5th December - you can access the discount using this code: EARLYBIRD1.

In addition, our flexible pricing options will remain in place to make sure as many people as possible can take part in our creative activities. Our concession places, for those on low incomes, continue to offer 50% off any course or workshop, and we frequently offer Pay As You Feel workshops to further reduce financial barriers.

Thanks to the generous support of our funders, 30% of our creative learning offers are free to access. These include things taking place in our building like Art for Wellbeing, Art Pantry and some of our Exhibition-linked workshops, as well as activities which can be done at home like Boxes of Wellbeing or Wellbeing at the Weekend.

This year, we were pleased to introduce our 15% Community Discount for Studio Access Members, Studio Holders, and Team Members to support members of our community who use our spaces regularly to expand their skills, attend inspiring workshops, or hire our spaces. Get in touch with Phoebe via Info@everybodyarts.org.uk to get your code!

We want you to feel good about attending our events, and we’re working hard to make sure the experience reflects that.

Thank you

We really appreciate your support, your feedback, and the energy you bring to our community. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions, we are always happy to help.
