This workshop is part of artist Louise Beer’s upcoming exhibition, Earth, A Cosmic Spectacle.
Join artist Louise Beer and astronomer Richard Darn in this free workshop. Through talks and activities, they’ll work with you to explore your links to both the universe and Earth’s deep-time history through science and art.
You’ll be led through the story of how life on Earth began, from the Big Bang to today. From this learning, you’ll then be invited to creatively imagine Earth from a great distance whilst looking at the Moon or the night sky - and will have the opportunity to have your creations featured as part of the exhibition.
